Leadership transition at SKS

As of July 1, 2025, Toine Uijttewaal, co-founder and CEO of SKS since 1994, is handing over the daily management to a new leadership team.

Toine will remain active within SKS as Executive Advisor. In this role, he will continue to contribute to the strategic direction and international positioning of our organization.

The new leadership team comprises Maaike Hapers-Nooren as CEO and Kees van der Kolk as CCO. Maaike has been involved with SKS for many years as CFO and possesses a strong financial and business background. Kees has earned his stripes within our sales organization and has extensive experience with both the Dutch market and exports.

This transition ensures the continuity and further development of SKS. The new leadership will focus on sustainable growth and strengthening our market position, in close collaboration with our team and shareholder Indutrade AB.

We sincerely thank Toine for his years of dedication, vision, and leadership. Thanks to his entrepreneurship, SKS has grown into a market leader in the niche market of liquid processes in food & pharma.
